It is specially designed for Layered paratha, Lacha paratha and Roti paratha, realizing one machine for multiple products and flexible switching of production types without replacing core molds, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing production costs. The whole line adopts integrated automatic control, with adjustable production speed, which can be flexibly matched with small-batch trial production and large-batch mass production, adapting to the fluctuation of market orders and the diversified product supply demand.

According to the taste characteristics of different paratha varieties (Layered/Lacha/Roti), the equipment is equipped with adjustable dough pressing pressure, shortening dosage and forming parameters, which can be customized and debugged to ensure the paratha has a chewy and soft taste after baking, 100% restoring the authentic Indian and South Asian paratha flavor.
