3.Overview

When the food machine is running, just take the dough out of the mixer and put it into the dough dividing machine, the machine will automatically divide the dough into sections, and dough fermentation for about 5 minutes. It can be directly sent to the inside of the dough bucket, through prepressing, into the hot press molding machine to form the pie, and then into the oven to bake on both sides. After cooling, the pie is arranged and waiting for packaging. The main technical performance index of this tortilla production line is at the world level of similar models.This food machine is composed of dough conveyor belt, dividing machine, dividing machine, fermentation machine, pie press, tunnel furnace and cooling rack. The size and speed of pie production can be adjusted according to the actual production needs.
