TORTILLA PRODUCTION LINE

Tortilla automatic production line as a high yield, high degree of automation , the use of "continuous pressing technology" per hour output of up to 17,000 pieces/hour, the basic process is divided into, dough, sorting, awakening, molding, baking, cooling, testing, stacking, packaging; The degree of automation can reach 90%, and the whole line is equipped with intelligent operating system, central processor, human-computer interaction interface, precision sensors, so that the control is more stable to support the growing demand for products. The big dough block is made into small section after the dough divider, and then through the dough divider into small dough, into the fermenting machine for 10-15 minutes after the rising by the conveyor belt to the main machine to shape the pasty, the pasty into the oven to bake and then into the cooling racks to cool, and finaly after the stacking machine to organize and wait for the package.

Main Features
