High-precision flatbread forming unit: Adopt CNC precision forming mold with servo positioning system, the flatbread thickness is steplessly adjustable from 0.5-3mm, with neat edges and precise dimensions, no crooked edges and uneven thickness, and the forming consistency is over 99.5%.
Intelligent multi-temperature zone baking unit: Adopt far infrared + hot air circulation composite baking technology, the baking oven is divided into 5-8 independent temperature zones, the temperature of each temperature zone can be adjusted independently and accurately, realizing stepped temperature control of flatbread from preheating, baking to shaping. The baked Lavash flatbread has a uniform golden color and chewy taste, no undercooked and burnt problems.
Rapid cooling and shaping unit: Equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulation cold air cooling system with adjustable cooling speed, realizing rapid and uniform temperature reduction of flatbread after baking to avoid high temperature softening and deformation; built-in shaping device keeps the flatbread flat during the cooling process and improves the appearance quality of finished products.
Automatic counting and stacking unit: High-precision photoelectric counting sensor with a counting error of <0.1%, can set fixed quantity stacking according to customer needs with neat stacking without manual sorting, convenient for subsequent packaging, storage and transportation, improving the production efficiency of subsequent processes.
